Every bag is prepared to order. The estimated delivery date is shown right on the product page, just below the buy button : it differs from one model to another. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Is delivery free ?

Yes, in Belgium, in France and in most European Union countries. For Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Romania and Slovenia, shipping is 9 €, and becomes free from 100 € of purchase.

What are the dimensions of the Jelly bag ?

The Jelly bag measures 35 × 15 × 22 cm. Its roomy shape carries your everyday essentials with ease.

What is the bag made of ?

The Jelly bag is made of semi-transparent TPU, a supple and hard-wearing material. Unlike ordinary PVC, TPU is more flexible and stands up better to wear.

Can people see what is inside the bag ?

They can guess, never the whole thing. The Jelly bag is semi-transparent : shapes show through, the details stay yours. The sewn-in inner pouch keeps your cards and small essentials out of sight.

Which colours are available ?

The Jelly bag comes in a wide range of colours. The ones currently available are shown right on the product page.

How does the offer on the second bag work ?

When you add two Jelly bags to your cart, 30 % off is automatically applied to the second one. No promo code needed. The offer is limited to one use per order.

Can I return my order ?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition. See our refund policy for the full conditions.

What if delivery takes too long ?

Past 12 working days after shipping, we will not ask you to wait : we either ship your order again or refund you, your choice.
