We want you to be completely happy with your order.

Return window

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return conditions

Items must be :

• unused ;
• in their original condition ;
• returned in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of use or damage cannot be refunded.

Return costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product received is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged product or wrong item

If you receive a damaged item, or an item different from the one you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at :

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 10 working days.
