Processing time Orders are prepared within 1 working day of payment confirmation.

Delivery time The estimated delivery date is shown on every product page, just above the buy button. You receive a tracking number as soon as we ship. Times may be slightly longer during busy periods (sales, holidays, promotions or exceptional circumstances).

Areas served We deliver anywhere in the European Union, and to many countries outside the European Union. The available destinations are shown when you complete your order.

Shipping costs Delivery is free in Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden and Czechia. For Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Romania and Slovenia, shipping costs 9 €, and delivery is free from 100 € of purchase. For destinations outside the European Union, shipping costs 9 €, and delivery is free from 100 € of purchase. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm payment.

Order tracking As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time from the Track my order page on our site.

Delivery address Please check your address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
