And if it turns out not to be for you: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

A problem on arrival? Write to us within 48 hours at contact@lemagabling.com with a photo and a short video. Damaged item or wrong order: we replace it or refund you, and we cover the cost.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days after delivery to let us know. The bag must come back unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are yours.
The tracking number comes later, and that is normal. It is created at dispatch, not at payment. You receive it by email as soon as it is available.
And if it takes too long. Beyond 12 working days after dispatch, we do not ask you to wait: we resend your order or we refund you, your choice.

Simply wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products so the finish stays intact.
Yes, that is completely normal: your Jelly travels folded so it arrives intact. Transport creases relax on their own within 24 to 48 hours. To help, fill it a little and leave it at room temperature. ⚠️ Never use a hairdryer or an iron: TPU deforms permanently under direct heat.
